I understand the dates for this workshop are tentative and agree to the following Refund Policy:

Upon confirmation of our tentative dates for Radiant Woman, March 6-9, 2025, the Hearts on Fire Client Care Specialist will notify you and confirm your registration. In the unlikely event we cannot confirm those dates and need to transfer to new dates, Client Care will be in touch and you will have three options:

1. Transfer your registration to the new date.
2. Transfer your registration to a future Hearts on Fire event within the next 24 months.
3. If you do not wish to transfer your registration to the new dates or future event, you would be eligible for a full refund up until January 6, 2025. If a refund is requested between January 6, 2025 and February 5, 2025, we will refund 50% of deposited funds. No refunds will be granted after February 5, 2025.

I understand that workshop fees are non-transferable and agree that if I cancel more than 60 days prior to the event, the fee is refundable; if I cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to the event, I will receive half of the payment; and if I cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, the payment is non-refundable.

I agree that if I am showing any signs of symptomatic illness within five days leading up to the event, that it is my responsibility to inform staff as soon as possible, and I understand that if I am unwell, I may be asked to not attend.

I understand that if my intake questionnaire is not complete at least 4 weeks before the workshop, then Hearts On Fire reserves the right to remove me from the workshop without a refund.

I understand that I must arrive to the workshop no later than 4:30 pm on Thursday night or I forfeit my participation in the entire workshop and do not receive a refund or transfer.

I understand that I may not leave the property during the workshop and still participate in the workshop.
